A playful, deceptively light-hearted picture. Adapted from Alan Ayckbourn this play is unashamedly theatrical. Ostensibly taking place in Yorkshire, with a French cast and filmed largely on elaborate and artificial sound stages, Life of Riley brings together three couples who are working on a play, but also linked by their friendship with George Riley.
